Fisherman's Terrace Seafood Restaurant: Reviews & Ratings
The best things about this dim sum restaurant is the location and its service. There’s plenty of parking as it’s located in a shopping center. It’s a huge place and not very busy, so we did not need to make a reservation. Just walk in on weekday mornings. The service was great! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The waiter was very talkative, and funny too. The food was not very good to be honest. We’ve come here 4 times in the past 6 years. Every visit reminds us of why we don’t come very often. The menu was very standard, nothing really stood out. We actually wanted to order more food for everyone, but there was nothing more we wanted off the dim sum menu. And the food wasn’t very good. It wasn’t horrible, but it just wasn’t up to par with other dim sum places.
The food was so good! Service was okay; a bit surprised whenever all servers spoke to me in Chinese first. Yet, I can understand. So nice.. so professional in all!!
Fisherman’s Terrace delivered a great dining experience from start to finish! The ambiance is welcoming, with elegant decor and a clean, spacious layout. It’s perfect for family gatherings or celebratory meals—lively but not overly noisy. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, but it’s worth the effort. Portions are generous, and the quality justifies the price.
Very convenient location right inside Aberdeen center Price and size of the dishes are fair Taste is typical Chinese dim sum nothing extraordinary The wrapping of the dumpling is pretty thick
I really really liked this place - the food was excellent - really surprised almost every dish was fantastic especially the siu mai and eggplant shrimp. Very lovely - egg tart as well
We made a stop here before heading to Victoria and this place is incredible! FOOD: 8/10 We ordered 20 + dim sums and they are all delicious! Quality: My favorite gonna be the rice rolls with Chinese donuts, and Shu Mai! The size of the Shu Mai were triple the size of the Shu Mai in Seatle. The other dim sums were spectacular as well, like the chives cake, spring rolls and the cheong fun are all delicious! Appearance: All food look excellent, I love the way the present the food, it makes them look very appealing and take a look at the picture of the osmanthus cake, that is gorgeous! Portion size: Great and generous portions, Couldn't have asked for a bigger portion! We were so full afterall. Price: the 7 of us paid $200 in total and it was so worth it, rounding up to about $22 USD per person! Definitely a great deal! Service: 8/10 Friendliness: shout out to Cindy, she is amazing and she has been so kind and nice to us. I love how she was very attentive and changed my plate filled with tea before I noticed that! Timeliness: we didn't wait too long for the food to get here so in general the dim sum came super fast, maybe within 8mins after we placed the order! And mind you we went during peak hours like around 11AM! Environment: Very bright locations with many windows and enough lighting! I also love their design, very modern and classic. The environment is also very clean too! Location: Great location with many of parkings, well we actually parked at the wrong parking lot and have to walk to Aberdeen mall. But it was really close. Haha I was stupid that I didn't know fisherman terrace is on the 3rd floor and I have to ask a staff in the bakery on the 1st floor!
